Who We ARe

A unique passion for finance and unrivalled customer service, DMK Finance is a commercial brokerage that offers the old-fashioned type of relationships similar to those clients once had with their banks before digitalisation of banking operating models.

Founded by Donna Marie Kerr who has an extensive background in UK’s Financial Service Sector. As well as holding senior leadership posts at Lloyds Banking Group, Blackhorse Finance, RBS and Clydesdale Bank, Donna launched the Broker Intermediary Proposition at Bank of Scotland and enabled Cambridge & Counties Property Bank entry into the Scottish market.

The ability to pick up the phone to the same person who knows their business and aspirations and has a unique passion for finance, especially property finance, and a desire to help find the most appropriate solutions.

The founder’s goal is to create a truly unique service going above and beyond to prepare complex credit applications for lenders, demystify and simplify finance for clients and, act for them as a conduit between a multitude of mainstream and specialist funding partners to find the most appropriate solutions, rates, and terms. Not only this but a full service offering that nurtures the transactions with all the relevant stakeholders from the banks, lawyers and valuers”.

Donna is often found dealing with clients in the evenings and weekends via many social media forums all of which is a huge advantage for her very busy clients who often don’t find the time during the day due to running their businesses.

To get to the point when you need specialist finance things can become complicated. For me I had a mixed bag of assets all in different Limited Companies and some in my personal name. I also had no borrowing which can be problematic.
